Not only constructed to exceed MIL-STD810, this unique generation of portables is also fully submersible making them very at home in the most extreme and hostile environments. Two versions are available HT720 (VHF High-Band 148-174MHz) and HT780 ( UHF TX 425-470MHz RX 438-470MHz). Using the latest lithium-ion battery technology, the HT Series offers an exceptional 15-hour duty cycle from a fresh charge, coupled with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty - there should be no other choice. The HT720 delivers a full 5 watts of RF on VHF and 4 watts on UHF - the maximum power available on the licensed band. This versatile model allows you to use different power levels per channel, to a minimum of 1 watt for those users requiring less range, and improved battery duty cycle.
