The latest Series 2.0 product to be launched is Entel’s HT644 ATIS hand portables, for use when navigating inland waterways in mainland Europe. On ATIS models, an FFSK data signal is sent at the end of each transmission, which carries information about the vessel, including a call sign unique to the craft allowing it to be tracked and monitored for safety purposes.
